What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy.
- Host weekly enablement sessions for different revenue teams.
- Focus on new Enablement AI initiatives for GTM.
- Create and curate sales enablement content.
- Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver training sessions.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in revenue enablement or related field.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
