Salary: $235,000–$245,000

What you will do

  • Partner with GTM leadership on resource planning, territory design, and sales architecture
  • Own and scale end-to-end sales systems and processes
  • Evaluate and implement tools to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Improve sales process, pipeline conversion, quote-to-cash, and deal desk visibility
  • Develop metrics, reporting, and KPIs to measure impact of initiatives
  • Build and develop a best-in-class Revenue Operations team fostering accountability and innovation

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within US time zones
  • Proven track record scaling revenue in high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Deep understanding of GTM systems and processes including CRM, reporting, AI, and automation
  • Strong analytical skills with focus on key metrics like coverage, accuracy, and conversion
  • Excellent communication skills bridging strategy and execution
  • Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong decision-making

Nice to have

  • Experience with data infrastructure or data streaming
  • M&A experience
