• Lead two agile full-stack teams delivering core platform services for all products
• Ensure high code quality, technical excellence, and team performance
• Mentor and guide teams to build scalable, reusable, and integrable solutions

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in agile software development
• At least 5 years hands-on development with Java, React, C++, or Kotlin
• Strong knowledge of clean code, OOP design patterns, scalable distributed systems, security, and network communication
• Analytical, structured, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
