Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + equity

What you will do

• Identify key enterprise segments and establish targeted messaging and value propositions
• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns including ABM, events, digital, and direct marketing
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance tracking using HubSpot
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to align strategies and enable effective account engagement
• Build relationships with customers and third parties to inform and enhance marketing efforts
• Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing and KPI analysis

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years of B2B Enterprise marketing experience
• Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution
• Experience building successful ABM campaigns and working closely with sales leadership
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Self-starter with creativity and results-oriented mindset
