Senior Partner Marketing Manager (Fintech): Leading and executing partner marketing programs and co-branded campaigns to drive awareness, demand, and pipeline growth in a fast-growing fintech company. Focus on managing multichannel campaigns, partner collaboration, and sales enablement to maximize impact and scale marketing efforts.

Location: Hybrid with 3 days a week in New York office, Monday and Thursday mandatory

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + equity

hirify.global is a VC-backed fintech startup focused on improving financial wellbeing for workers by partnering with major employers to provide fair financial services through a smartphone app.

What you will do

  • Serve as primary marketing contact for key indirect business and integration partners.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans and co-branded campaigns including webinars, digital promotions, and events.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal sales teams to align marketing efforts and create content like case studies and thought leadership.
  • Manage partner marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of programs on brand.
  • Build sales enablement materials and act as feedback loop between partners, sales, and marketing.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance and build scalable processes for joint campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work hybrid with 3 days a week in New York office, including Monday and Thursday
  • Extensive experience in partner or channel marketing within fintech or HR tech.
  • Proven success managing joint marketing programs at B2B technology or SaaS companies.
  • Strong skills in multichannel campaign planning and execution.
  • Experience collaborating with external partners and internal sales teams.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, HubSpot CMS, and Figma.
