What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for C-level or senior executives on Cloud transformations.
• Consult clients on strategic business aspects (strategy, roadmap, business case, organization, governance, processes, education).
• Support project delivery within interdisciplinary teams, bridging business decision-makers and engineering teams.
• Drive strategic Cloud transformation initiatives and build client partnerships.
• Lead the creation and enhancement of Zühlke Cloud service offerings.
• Prepare and lead pre-sales meetings with C-level prospects and design proposals for Cloud solutions.

Requirements

• University degree in management, business, leadership, or STEM.
• Several years of consulting and Cloud-related work experience, including cloud strategy, roadmap, business case, organization, and governance.
• Experience with financial industry specifics like regulatory compliance and confidential client data.
• Strong consulting foundations: communication, project management, workshops, selling consulting work.
• Proven ability to cultivate C-level relationships and influence executive decision-making.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale Cloud transformational programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
