• Provision, maintain, and enhance CICS transaction server infrastructures on z/OS platforms.
• Provide technical direction and leadership to the team and business partners.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain CICS and related products.
• Lead highly visible projects involving multiple groups.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other teams across organizations.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Proficient with CICS system dumps and interfaces.
• Knowledge in Assembler, COBOL, and/or REXX.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
