What you will do

• Support weekly reporting on channel performance and compile key metrics.
• Analyze data from Google Analytics and CRM platforms to enhance customer retention and conversion.
• Assist in developing and implementing CRM campaigns and newsletter templates using Klaviyo.
• Coordinate with creative teams and external agencies for content and translations.
• Monitor and clean the customer database and contribute to segmentation strategies.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and benchmarks to support marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a school or university for the full internship duration.
• Must have European nationality or be studying in the Netherlands due to Dutch legislation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and preferably Google Analytics.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus.
• Interest in digital marketing, data analysis, and the fashion industry.
• Previous marketing or e-commerce internship experience preferred.
