What you will do

• Build and own the vision, strategy, and execution plan for all service lines.
• Define organizational structure and leadership model for Services teams.
• Provide hands-on operational leadership ensuring rigor and accountability.
• Translate business goals into detailed operational roadmaps.
• Establish scalable processes to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and submit communication in English.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years leadership experience managing complex service organizations.
• Proven track record in multi-service line operations with P&L accountability.
• Experience in technology or hyper-growth companies preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and stakeholders.
