What you will do

• Build and own the Atlas FDE playbook for embedding engineers with industrial customers
• Partner with C-suite executives to identify automation and AI opportunities
• Lead rapid on-site discovery and deployment sprints
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to create scalable solutions
• Recruit and mentor forward-deployed engineers and TPMs
• Influence hirify.global’s AI roadmap based on customer needs

Requirements

• 6-8+ years in technical and customer-facing roles
• Experience at organizations where software meets the real world
• Track record of leading complex deployments
• Deep experience with data systems and AI applications
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
