What you will do

• Review marketing content against regulatory standards
• Execute monitoring and testing across key Risk Operations processes
• Lead strategic compliance initiatives and projects
• Serve as the compliance lead for external audits
• Promote a proactive compliance culture

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in compliance or risk management
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with fintech business models
• Direct experience with regulators or auditors
