What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Onboarding Managers to ensure high customer satisfaction and time-to-value.
- Develop and implement scalable onboarding processes tailored to customer segments.
- Collaborate with sales, product, customer success, and support teams for a cohesive customer journey.
- Monitor feedback and onboarding metrics to continuously improve the experience.
- Conduct training sessions to keep the onboarding team updated on product changes and best practices.
- Identify upsell opportunities and manage customer expectations during onboarding.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years experience in customer success or account management within SaaS.
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
