What you will do

• Manage and develop the ad traffic portfolio for mobile apps including mediation and bidding
• Optimize ad impressions to increase eCPM, ARPDAU, and total ad revenue
• Monitor monetization indicators daily and respond to abnormalities
• Collaborate with ad partners, networks, DSP platforms, and test new monetization strategies
• Work with analytics team to create reports and identify growth points
• Coordinate with technical teams on SDK integration, QA, and release cycles

Requirements

• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required
• 2+ years experience in mobile ad monetization
• Deep understanding of in-app ads, mediation platforms, and key monetization metrics
• Data analysis skills using mediation reports, Google Analytics, Firebase, Superset
• Ability to formulate hypotheses and conduct A/B tests
• Basic technical knowledge of SDKs, APIs, and logs

• Experience with mobile ad traffic or user acquisition
