About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Python Developer. The person is expected to work with our R&D team.
About the project
Startup company who develops a Product, which is a valuation and analytics platform purpose-built for the insurance-linked securities (ILS) market. The platform ingests unstructured ILS deal documentation and applies transparent, standardized methodologies to price every security, every day using only publicly available data.
Product’s goal is to support the continued growth and professionalization of the ILS market by providing consistent, audit-ready valuations and real-time reference indices. These tools help the entire ILS ecosystem—sponsors, banks, managers, allocators, repo desks, auditors, regulators,
administrators, and public stakeholders—understand how risk is being priced in the capital markets and how portfolios are performing relative to evolving market conditions.
By aligning capital markets with clear, data-driven valuation, product contributes to a more efficient and transparent global risk transfer system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Implement and optimize ML models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture design, and technical decision-making.

- Understanding of big data tools (Kafka, Airflow).
