What you will do
- Launch and optimize advertising campaigns across native traffic sources.
- Maintain a daily ad spend of $2,000+ while achieving a consistent ROI of 20% or higher.
- Conduct daily KPI performance monitoring and optimization.
- Lead and manage a team of buyers, guiding them toward shared goals.
- Research and test new offers and creative strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with native traffic sources (Outbrain, Taboola, MGID, Newsbreak).
- 2+ years in Lead Generation-focused media buying.
- 6+ months in a team leadership or TL role.
- Strong ability to manage and scale campaigns with high daily spend.
- Demonstrated track record of maintaining ROI of 20%+
