Senior Sales Engineer

Senior Sales Engineer (AI/Software): Driving pre-sales activities including deal qualification, discovery meetings, and technical demonstrations of hirify.global's AI platform with an accent on articulating business value and leading Proofs-of-Concept. Focus on designing and executing demos, coordinating resources, and providing technical guidance to customer teams across multiple levels.

Location: Ideally located in MDT and CST timezones within the US, remote work supported.

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

• Qualify deals collaborating with Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and sales management.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer business requirements and technical environments.
• Articulate usage scenarios illustrating business value to opportunity teams and customers.
• Design and create demonstrations, Proofs-of-Concept, and evaluations using hirify.global.
• Lead execution of demos and POCs coordinating hirify.global and customer resources.
• Provide technical guidance and answer questions for customer technical teams.

Requirements

• Must be located in MDT or CST timezones within the US.
• Experience in technical pre-sales, preferably in high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with data science, analytics, big data markets, and related technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Kubernetes, Spark).
• Comfortable engaging with all customer levels from individual contributors to C-level executives.
• Experience with Analytics/AI or enterprise software.
• Strong curiosity about applying technology to solve problems.
