What you will do

• Lead and manage complex implementation projects including data gathering, platform configuration, and training.
• Serve as primary technical advisor ensuring smooth deployment and alignment with customer goals.
• Act as trusted advisor to government officials, empowering them to advocate for hirify.global solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and improve workflows.
• Mentor team members and contribute strategically to delivery operations and product development.
• Establish best practices to enhance implementation efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Must have 6-8 years of public sector or related finance experience.
• At least 4 years in software implementation consulting or similar client-facing roles.
• Advanced knowledge of financial data analysis and governmental practices.
• Proficiency in customer training and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SaaS, APIs, Cloud technologies, Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
