Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI): Develop and maintain critical features of hirify.global’s core product including issue workflows, AI PR reviews, and data exploration with an accent on AI integration, performance, and user experience. Focus on designing, building, and operating scalable systems, collaborating cross-functionally, and mentoring team members.

Location: Hybrid with in-office anchor days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

Salary: $180,000–$280,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain features and integrations using React (TypeScript) and Django (Python).
• Take full ownership of key features from design through performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product, design, AI/ML, and infrastructure teams to innovate the next generation of hirify.global.
• Operate systems at scale with high engineering and operational standards.
• Mentor and raise the technical aptitude of the team through code reviews and leadership.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model with in-office days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
• English: Proficient (B2) or higher
• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with React/TypeScript and Django/Python or similar frameworks.
• Experience owning large features or systems end-to-end and mentoring teams.
