What you will do
- Coordinate multiple workstreams with engineers, data scientists, and customer teams across time zones.
- Lead short-term technical projects to deploy and integrate AI platform solutions in enterprise environments.
- Debug and troubleshoot integration issues from data ingestion to API interactions in real time.
- Serve as the technical point of contact during deployment or pilot phases, translating customer objectives into actionable plans.
- Rapidly prototype or configure solutions using existing tools, SDKs, and APIs.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on field learnings.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years experience in Technical Program Management, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Customer Engineering in SaaS or AI-related companies.
- Comfortable operating across technical and non-technical domains, fluent in API and business impact discussions.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including async communication.
- Proven ability to influence and align teams in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.
- Daily use of AI tools and AI-native mindset for automation and creative model leveraging.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, or enterprise integrations.
- Experience with Python, SQL, or scripting for debugging or validation tasks.
- Exposure to high-growth Series A–C environments or enterprise deployment programs.
