What you will do

  • Coordinate multiple workstreams with engineers, data scientists, and customer teams across time zones.
  • Lead short-term technical projects to deploy and integrate AI platform solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Debug and troubleshoot integration issues from data ingestion to API interactions in real time.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact during deployment or pilot phases, translating customer objectives into actionable plans.
  • Rapidly prototype or configure solutions using existing tools, SDKs, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on field learnings.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years experience in Technical Program Management, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Customer Engineering in SaaS or AI-related companies.
  • Comfortable operating across technical and non-technical domains, fluent in API and business impact discussions.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including async communication.
  • Proven ability to influence and align teams in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.
  • Daily use of AI tools and AI-native mindset for automation and creative model leveraging.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, or enterprise integrations.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, or scripting for debugging or validation tasks.
  • Exposure to high-growth Series A–C environments or enterprise deployment programs.
