What you will do

• Build and maintain effective partnerships with leaders, contributing to strategic conversations.
• Serve as a trusted liaison for managers and employees, providing expert guidance.
• Provide PAC programmatic partnership on cyclical initiatives.
• Advise on organizational design to optimize business outcomes.
• Partner with leaders on strategic change initiatives.
• Act as the Project Management lead in delivering HR-related business projects.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of People Business Partner experience in online or technology-focused organizations.
• Experience delivering projects across regions and functions.
• Strong ability to generate innovative HR solutions.
• Comfortable challenging the status quo with a self-starter attitude.
• Strong analytical thinking skills to analyze people’s data.
