What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with senior leaders aligned to business priorities.
• Provide expert HR guidance and ensure data accuracy for managers and employees.
• Lead and support cyclical HR initiatives including engagement surveys, pay and promotion planning, and talent management.
• Advise on organizational design to optimize business outcomes in a dynamic environment.
• Drive strategic change initiatives focusing on engagement, integration, and growth transformations.
• Lead project management for HR-related business projects ensuring quality and timeliness.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of People Business Partner experience in tech or online organizations.
• Experience delivering cross-regional talent development or recognition programs.
• Preferred experience in entrepreneurial, fast-growing tech cultures.
• Strong analytical skills for people data and trend analysis.
• Self-starter attitude with ability to challenge status quo and complete initiatives.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail and ethics.
