What you will do

  • Acquire enterprise corporate accounts clients for the Polish market from prospecting through to negotiation and closing.
  • Manage and respond effectively to RFP’s and Tenders.
  • Construct a strong local enterprise network to facilitate market entry and create strategic partnerships.
  • Lead online and on-site discovery, solution meetings and demos with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM database, pipeline reporting, and updating prospect/account information.
  • Represent hirify.global for Business externally at networking events, conferences, and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in enterprise sales, negotiation, contracting, and closing.
  • Understanding of technology-driven, high growth markets.
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
  • Experience with using prospection tools and CRM.
  • Native/Fluent in Polish and English.
