What you will do

• Design and scale driver acquisition & onboarding processes across diverse European markets.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to harmonize driver experience processes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Policy teams to align global solutions with European market requirements.
• Analyze driver experience metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
• Manage project execution for supply operations initiatives.
• Optimize all driver touchpoints by collaborating with Marketplaces, Marketing, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in operations management, strategy consulting, or business operations.
• Proven track record of scaling operations across multiple markets.
• Strong data analysis skills with experience in BI tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
• Relevant degree in business, operations, or engineering is preferred.
