Salary: $260,000 - $305,000 USD annually

• Lead design efforts for late-breaking features and first-in-industry AI experiences.
• Create coherent and delightful Claude experiences that make AI collaboration effortless and essential.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a vision transforming Claude from chatbot to work platform.
• Innovate new ways for Claude to assist users in daily tasks and tool integration.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in San Francisco with hybrid presence (25% in office)
• 8+ years of product design experience, preferably with complex workflows or B2B SaaS.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design and polished UI craftsmanship.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end on large, complex products in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for building safe and beneficial AI technologies.
• Experience with prototyping using front-end code preferred.

• Experience shipping opinionated products that customers want.
• Builder mindset with prototyping and design communication skills.
• Technical understanding of large language models (LLMs).
• Ability to design new, functional, and easy-to-use interaction conventions.
