TL;DR
Senior iOS Developer (Swift/iOS): Building and maintaining native iOS applications used by millions of people, with an accent on modular, testable code, clean APIs, and user interfaces with animations. Focus on sharing business logic with Android through J2ObjC, multithreaded programming, unit testing, and advancing modern Swift development.

Location: Remote, based in Paris, Île-de-France, France

What you will do

  • Apply technical knowledge across all stages of feature development.
  • Deliver high-quality, modular, and testable code for native iOS applications.
  • Share business logic with the Android application using J2ObjC.
  • Create user interfaces from UI/UX designs, including animations.
  • Prepare project documentation and improve development processes and standards.
  • Collaborate with senior iOS developers, the CTO, designers, and behavioral research specialists.

Requirements

  • Five years of programming experience with Objective-C or Swift.
  • Experience developing, releasing, and maintaining native iOS applications.
  • Experience with Java or willingness to learn it.
  • Experience designing clean, maintainable APIs.
  • Experience with multithreaded programming and writing unit tests.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and give and receive feedback.

Nice to have

  • Authorship of live production applications in the App Store.
  • Experience with SwiftUI, modern Swift API design, and concurrency patterns such as Combine, async/await, and Actors.
  • Hands-on experience with Java and Android applications.
  • Experience with Google Firebase.
