What you will do

• Understand functional requirements thoroughly and analyze client needs in the context of the project.
• Envision the overall solution, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
• Lead/support UAT and production rollouts.
• Create, understand, and validate WBS and estimated effort for given modules/tasks.
• Troubleshoot complex bugs and provide solutions during code/design reviews.
• Conduct POCs to ensure suggested designs/technologies meet requirements.

Requirements

• 13+ years of total experience.
• Strong Presales experience in IT Services/Product companies, focusing on industrial, automotive, medical devices, consumer electronics, semiconductors, and networking domains.
• Expertise in Embedded Systems, RTOS, and Firmware development.
• Hands-on working experience in RFP/RFI strategy and response creation.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct customer workshops and create compelling business solutions.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC methodologies, project management, and resource loading.
• English: B2 required

• Experience in marketing collateral creation and value proposition development.
