What you will do

• Manage and optimize key marketing channels with rigorous testing.
• Develop successful creatives in collaboration with the in-house creative team.
• Automate processes and introduce tools to improve results and data visibility.
• Lead new initiatives to scale marketing spend and support growth.
• Translate customer insights and data into actionable channel strategies.
• Manage 1-3 major marketing projects, including new network onboarding and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in paid user acquisition managing substantial budgets.
• Proven experience with Web, Web to App, and Web to Web CAPI campaigns.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Data Studio, and Looker.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and A/B testing expertise.
• Campaign management experience across Google, Facebook, and at least two other paid social channels.
• Excellent collaboration with creative teams and strong copywriting skills.
• Independent work ethic with a growth mindset focused on experimentation and testing.
