What you will do

• Create high-quality, user-delighting designs that reinforce the brand and meet company objectives
• Collaborate effectively with global Design, Product, and Development teams
• Mentor junior UX designers and evolve design processes, tools, and systems
• Write documentation and usage guidelines for design components
• Stay current with design principles and platform-specific design languages for Android and iOS
• Manage medium to large-scale projects independently and communicate design decisions clearly

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX product design experience with native apps and web
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to execution
• Excellent design craft with attention to detail and consistency
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Deep understanding of Android and iOS design differences and trends
• Strong communication and time management skills

Nice to have

• Illustration, Brand Identity Design, Motion Design, UX Copy Strategy skills
