What you will do

• Process incoming sales inquiries via email and Telegram.
• Conduct initial client briefings to identify needs and clarify tasks.
• Prepare commercial proposals independently and collaboratively with the production department.
• Conduct presentations and negotiations with clients.
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the sales process.
• Manage reporting in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of successful experience in B2B sales.
• Understanding of the sales funnel and its objectives.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably PlanFix.
• Client assistance as a priority over aggressive sales tactics.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
• Effective communication balancing formal and informal tones.
• Honesty and transparency in communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in a digital agency or selling IT products.
