What you will do
- Process incoming sales inquiries via email and Telegram.
- Conduct initial client briefings to identify needs and clarify tasks.
- Prepare commercial proposals independently and collaboratively with the production department.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations with clients.
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Manage reporting in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of successful experience in B2B sales.
- Understanding of the sales funnel and its objectives.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably PlanFix.
- Client assistance as a priority over aggressive sales tactics.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
- Effective communication balancing formal and informal tones.
- Honesty and transparency in communication.
Nice to have
- Experience in a digital agency or selling IT products.
