What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.

• Provide structured feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager/Account Manager or similar role (iGaming experience preferred).
• Experience managing B2B client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; Russian is a plus.
• Knowledge of crypto processing is an advantage.
