What you will do
- Lead, grow, mentor, and support software development teams.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects to define team roadmaps and goals.
- Build and enhance a culture of inclusion through one-on-ones and team settings.
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Support, Success, Product Management, and Professional Services.
- Ensure high standards of quality and consistent delivery on product roadmaps.
- Foster continuous improvement, feedback, and accountability within teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in India with residency in Indore or nearby.
- 2+ years managing a development team.
- 2+ years software development experience in frontend code, UI libraries, or design systems.
- Experience mitigating risks in the software development lifecycle.
- Experience executing SaaS product roadmaps and improving software delivery.
- Experience with developer recruitment, mentoring, and professional growth.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.
