What you will do

  • Lead, grow, mentor, and support software development teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects to define team roadmaps and goals.
  • Build and enhance a culture of inclusion through one-on-ones and team settings.
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Support, Success, Product Management, and Professional Services.
  • Ensure high standards of quality and consistent delivery on product roadmaps.
  • Foster continuous improvement, feedback, and accountability within teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in India with residency in Indore or nearby.
  • 2+ years managing a development team.
  • 2+ years software development experience in frontend code, UI libraries, or design systems.
  • Experience mitigating risks in the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience executing SaaS product roadmaps and improving software delivery.
  • Experience with developer recruitment, mentoring, and professional growth.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.
