What you will do

• Develop, test, and maintain body and face rigs, skinning, and secondary motion setups for 3D assets.
• Collaborate with runtime programmers, animators, and artists to improve engine features and pipelines.
• Create authoring tools for rigging in digital content creation environments and standalone applications.
• Support the rigging pipeline from motion capture to final in-game output.
• Research and implement new rigging and deformation technologies.
• Write clear documentation for tools and workflows.

Requirements

• Must have a degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 3+ years of industry experience in rigging, technical animation, or related roles.
• Strong Python programming and 3D math skills.
• Proven experience creating rigging and animation tools.
• Experience with source control software like Perforce or Git.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• C/C++ programming skills.
• Experience developing pipelines and tools.
• Experience with game engines such as Unreal or Unity.
• Professional experience as an artist or animator in game development.
