What you will do

• Design and build foundational language infrastructure for Python, Rust, and/or Go.
• Define and implement language ecosystem standards and best practices.
• Establish CI/CD pipeline integration and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable infrastructure.
• Drive technical strategy for language adoption and mentor engineers.
• Lead incident response for language-related issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production software engineering experience in Python, Rust, or Go.
• Strong experience in developer tooling and build systems.
• Comfortable working across the stack and debugging infrastructure issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excited about defining foundational systems and processes.

Nice to have

• Experience building core language infrastructure or maintaining open-source tools.
• Expertise in performance optimization across language runtimes.
• Experience with AI/ML research-to-production workflows.
