What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously within the iGaming platform setup team.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and detailed plans including timelines and milestones.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and provide progress updates.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure accessibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among legal, technical, and business teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Project Manager or Team Manager in software development.
• English and Russian language proficiency at C1 level.
• Experience managing full software development lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
• Knowledge of project and delivery management methodologies including Agile.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Professional Project Management or Agile certifications.
