What you will do

  • Develop and execute media strategies across channels including Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Bing, and DSP platforms
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager to define campaign goals, target audience, and KPIs
  • Research market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to guide media buying decisions
  • Plan and manage media budgets ensuring efficient allocation
  • Execute targeted, data-driven ad placements to maximize reach and engagement
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies using analytics tools
  • Generate regular performance reports with insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in media planning and buying, ideally in advertising or similar roles
  • Experience in B2B marketing and high-risk industries or deep understanding of related processes
  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data using tools like Google Analytics or Facebook Analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Upper-intermediate English required
