What you will do

• Own critical aspects of the production pretraining pipeline.
• Debug and resolve complex issues across the full stack.
• Design and run experiments to improve training efficiency.
• Respond to on-call incidents during model launches.
• Build and maintain production logging and monitoring dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with teammates across locations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience training large language models.
• Deep expertise with JAX, TPU, PyTorch, or large-scale distributed systems.
• Ability to work on-call for production systems.
• Strong debugging skills across multiple layers of the stack.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.
