Python Engineer Intern (Finance)

Location: Remote from Poland, Porto, Portugal, Romania, Spain, UAE, UK. Office locations include Bucharest, Dubai, Krakow, Lisbon, London, and Madrid. This role is open to international applicants who are ready to relocate to one of hirify.global's tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. Visa assistance, travel costs, and first month of accommodation are provided (conditions apply).

Salary: Krakow/Poland: PLN15,700 gross monthly.

What you will do

• Build well-designed and scalable APIs.
• Create data pipelines to support reporting, analytics, and data science.
• Design new data models and flows in cross-functional squads.
• Expand your knowledge of Python and SQL through real-world projects.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers on distributed systems.
• Manage tasks, track progress, and deliver outcomes.

Requirements

• A predicted or achieved 2:1 degree (or equivalent grade) in computer science, maths, physics, or a related field.
• Graduating in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
• A portfolio of coding projects or open-source contributions.
• Great problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Effective communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in English (C1).
• Full-time availability from September 2026.
• Ready to relocate to Poland, Portugal, Spain, UAE, or UK.
