What you will do

• Spearhead architecture and system design of next-generation frontend systems
• Drive best-in-class performance, accessibility, and usability standards
• Mentor and act as subject-matter expert for frontend engineering team
• Influence product and business stakeholders on technical decisions
• Set technical standards and ensure scalability of frontend solutions

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand
• English: Work and collaborate in English (no Thai required)
• 8+ years experience building and leading rich web applications at scale
• Deep mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Next, Vue)
• Strong background in team leadership, system design, and stakeholder influence

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B experimentation
• International exposure or experience with travel/e-commerce products
