What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta platforms.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify growth opportunities and drive scaling initiatives.
• Manage and allocate budgets for marketing channels to maximize business growth.
• Generate and implement test ideas to optimize and expand marketing channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign planning, creative assets, reporting, and automation.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience managing Google Ads Search campaigns with proven results.
• Interest in expanding knowledge to Meta and Microsoft Ads platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, tech-savvy mindset, and independent work approach.
• Understanding of tracking, measurement, and attribution models.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL and Google BigQuery is a plus.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish, French, German, Dutch, or Polish.
