What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise app publisher accounts to maximize revenue.
- Analyze key performance indicators to drive data-informed outcomes and revenue growth.
- Lead contract negotiations including multi-year agreements and SLAs with major clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with publisher stakeholders from technical leads to C-suite executives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and refine value propositions to meet evolving customer needs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B tech account management experience, including 3+ years with enterprise accounts in fintech, e-commerce, and related sectors.
- Proven success managing multi-million-dollar accounts and exceeding $5M+ annual targets.
- Strong analytical skills to connect data points into strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client engagement.
- Experience collaborating with product, legal, and data security teams on complex technical solutions.
