Location: Remote (Poland)

Compensation: PLN14,300 - PLN16,900 gross monthly

What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor for stakeholders, providing expert HR advice and coaching.
• Identify people issues and trends, then formulate and implement solutions with stakeholders.
• Optimize day-to-day HR operations with a people-centric approach.
• Lead performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures.
• Contribute to the development of world-class HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in a hyper-growth company.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Data and process-driven approach to HR.
• Extensive knowledge of local labour laws.
• Demonstrable experience in reviewing and developing policies and procedures.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
