- Manage and scale Meta user acquisition campaigns with daily budgets of $50-100k+
- Optimize campaigns using Facebook algorithms and creative testing
- Make data-driven decisions to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
- Create hypotheses for testing new creatives and audience setups
- Collaborate closely with creative and product teams
- Prepare regular performance reports
Requirements
- English: B2 level required
- 2+ years experience in user acquisition with proven growth results for web and app products
- Experience in Health & Fitness industry with strong market knowledge
- Proven success managing UA campaigns on Meta with budgets from $500k/month
- Strong skills in spreadsheets, BI tools, and automation workflows
- Deep understanding of performance metrics like LTV, ROAS, and cohorts
