What you will do

• Lead a diverse team of game content specialists including artists, animators, UI/UX and game designers.
• Identify skill needs, drive hiring, and develop team members through mentoring and feedback.
• Manage creative problem-solving and help align team efforts with project goals.
• Collaborate with partner organizations and internal directors to improve services and project outcomes.
• Oversee content department processes and maintain documentation.
• Review external materials to ensure brand consistency and quality.

Requirements

• Must be located on-site in Austria.
• Experience leading creative teams in game content creation.
• Strong understanding of game art production pipelines and processes.
• Comfortable with budget and effort estimation.
• Ability to balance empathy with analytical thinking and adapt to different scopes of work.
• Willingness to travel and meet people as part of the role.
