What you will do

• Manage projects based on own intellectual property and coordinate work-for-hire projects with international partners
• Guide, coordinate, and review work of producers and QA managers daily
• Establish and refine systems for planning, measuring, and reporting project progress
• Act as first point of contact for internal teams and external partners, resolving communication hurdles
• Identify, manage, and mitigate organizational risks aligned with creative vision
• Coach and develop producers, supporting their growth and managing personnel responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be located on-site in Austria
• At least 5 years of experience in project management with successful game project delivery, including current generation consoles
• Familiarity with game development workflows and processes
• Strong numerical skills including budgeting, forecasting, and profit/loss calculations
• Fluent English for communication with external partners; informal German used internally
• Willingness to travel and meet people
