TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities with an accent on outbound sales strategies and client relationship management. Location: Hybrid role in Denver, expected to be in the office two days a week.

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 USD

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels.
  • Conduct research to understand client needs and pain points.
  • Articulate the value proposition of hirify.global solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop outbound sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM.
  • Meet sales targets and continuously learn about products and market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales in a SaaS or B2B industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
