What you will do
- Partner with Strategic Account Managers and stakeholders to co-own member marketing outcomes for high-impact customers.
- Develop personalized, data-informed marketing playbooks tailored to customer populations and business goals.
- Translate engagement data into clear, actionable insights to guide customer decisions.
- Lead marketing strategy implementation for customer launches to drive enrollment and activation.
- Build remediation plans for accounts not meeting targets and define tactical solutions.
- Collaborate with Core Customer Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing teams to scale strategies.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in New York, USA and able to work onsite.
- 8+ years experience in B2B2C or customer marketing, preferably in healthcare or mission-driven environments.
- Proven success in creating marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes for large enterprise accounts.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills with ability to present data-driven insights.
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Iterable.
