What you will do

• Guide the technical roadmap ensuring scalable and high-quality code for Angry Birds Dream Blast.
• Collaborate with the team to design and build complex game features.
• Supervise and mentor developers with empathetic leadership.
• Ensure technical quality and performance of the live game environment.
• Promote engineering best practices within the team.
• Partner with product and design leads to enhance player experience.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years experience in live, free-to-play mobile game development.
• At least 5 years in a people leadership role managing developers.
• Strong knowledge of game architecture, API design, and C#/Unity development.
• Experience defining technical strategies and engineering best practices.
• Live service mindset with focus on technical KPIs and game performance.
• Collaborative approach working closely with product and design teams.
