What you will do

• Understand hirify.global's business and processes through data.
• Apply data understanding and knowledge to help product and service teams.
• Design key metrics to measure different aspects of the business.
• Create and maintain new aggregated views and tables to simplify data querying.
• Maintain and create new dashboards to track metrics and visualise insights.
• Promote data literacy across the company, including organising and holding workshops.

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical role, creating impactful solutions.
• Background/education in a quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL.
• Strong skills with Python or other programming languages.
• Solid mathematical and statistics knowledge.
