Location: Office locations in Dubai, Krakow, Madrid, Vilnius. Remote work is possible from Cyprus, Ireland, Lithuania, Poland, Porto, Portugal, Romania, Serbia.

Krakow/Poland: PLN9,500–PLN40,000 gross monthly. Vilnius/Lithuania: €2,600–€7,000 gross monthly.

What you will do

• Collaborate closely with product designers to focus on new feature design and prototyping.
• Assist in the user experience design process, from wireframes and mockups through implementation and release.
• Work with design and business teams to define and implement user-focused solutions.
• Help to define and maintain visual guidelines, ensuring consistency throughout the app.
• Prototype new user interactions and iterations based on feedback from peers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Android development.
• A deep understanding of the Android SDK and Kotlin.
• A background in building Android apps for a wide range of devices.
• A track record of collaborating on cross-functional software projects.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in English.

• A degree in computer science.
• A perspective on mobile development best practices.
• A GitHub portfolio showcasing personal or open-source projects.
• Experience in financial services.
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD).
