What you will do

• Lead migration from AWS ECS to EKS and design scalable Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Own CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and automate per-branch testing environments.
• Develop internal tools to automate routine operations and improve developer self-sufficiency.
• Maintain platform reliability, databases, and incident readiness including PagerDuty alerting.
• Manage Jira workflows and coordinate with backend, mobile, and data teams.
• Mentor and coordinate Junior DevOps and IT Support engineers.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency required.
• 5+ years experience building and operating production AWS infrastructure at scale.
• Hands-on Kubernetes (preferably EKS) experience including autoscaling, ingress, and security.
• Strong Terraform skills for Infrastructure-as-Code management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and scripting (Bash, Python, Go).
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration and platform ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with cost optimization and migration tactics.
• Familiarity with VictoriaLogs/VictoriaMetrics and OpenTelemetry.
• Interest in fast-paced software development environments.
